We offer exchanges on all our products with original tags except those that fall in the following categories due to hygiene concerns Kindly also note, In the normal course it takes between 5 to 7 working days in getting an article delivered after dispatch.

All purchases in shivnaresh.in has a 15 days exchange policy from the date of receiving the order. Please make sure that:

• All tags are attached.
• The Product is unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
• It's in its original packaging
• All return approvals will take 5-7 business days to process.
